Music: Sing and Dance

Marina Drankina

Classes "Music: Sing & Dance" created by age: 3-4 y.o; 4-5 y.o; 5-7 y.o.

My classes are conducted in a playful way, which causes children's interest and desire to participate. That is, children sing, dance, play - all that they like. During the lessons the children have a vocabulary of the Russian language.

In these age groups (3-7 years) I begin to acquaint children with the works of famous composers - Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, Mozart, Schumann, Beethoven, Bach, Rimsky-Korsakov, with classical and folk music.

The purpose of my classes in listening to music is to distinguish music by character and tempo, to acquaint children with three main musical genres: song, dance, march, to feel the character of music, to recognize familiar melodies, to notice expressive means: quietly, loudly, slowly, quickly, to develop the ability distinguish sounds by height. To teach children to sing protractedly, to pronounce words clearly; together start and finish singing. Continue to develop in children the skills of musical rhythmic movements.

In my work with children, I use a lot of colorful attributes (flowers, ribbons, etc.) - it is a great pleasure for children to dance with them. To develop a sense of rhythm, the ability to convey the character of music through music, its emotional and figurative content, to perform dances and movements with objects expressively and rhythmically. When analyzing musical works, teach to clearly state your feelings and thoughts. To promote the development of thinking, memory, hearing. Develop the vocabulary of the Russian language to determine the nature of the musical work. Introduce musical concepts: register, dynamics, duration, tempo, rhythm; vocal, instrumental and orchestral music; executor; genres: ballet, opera, symphony, concert. Distinguish high and low sounds. Distinguish between parts of the work (introduction, conclusion, chorus, chorus). Determine which genre belongs to the listened work (march, song, Dance) and on which of the famous instruments it is performed. To determine the general mood, the nature of the musical work as a whole and its parts; allocate individual means of expression: tempo, dynamics, timbre. Teaching children different ways to learn music through analysis, comparison, comparison. To study musical instruments: noise, keyboard and percussion, string. In the classroom, children learn to play children's musical instruments in the orchestra.

In the classroom, children play role-playing games, and in order for them to understand the image, they themselves “become bunnies, birds”, etc., wearing an attribute of this character, which contributes to the development of skills for emotional transfer of game images: they run around mice and others. To form orientation skills in space.
Of course, all these tasks are performed gradually and become more complex with each passing year.

I have a lot of experience working with children, there is a lot of interesting material for classes, attributes for music games, dances.

Come to my class "Music: Sing & Dance". I will be glad to work with your children, to play with them and through music to teach them about beauty. If you have questions, call (770) 945-7043. Marina
